Last week I had the pleasure of attending Vancouver’s Cupcake Throwdown! This was the 3rd annual throwdown, but my first time going. I decided to bake S’more Cupcakes because they are soo adorable presentation-wise, and they taste amazing. The cupcakes starts with a graham cracker crust, on which a chocolate cupcake is baked. The cupcake is filled with buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, and topped with a torched meringue icing.
The event is put on as a charitable event for the H.A.V.E Cafe and it was such a success! We ended up raising $3200 for the organization…one cupcake at a time!
