Trish and I made these with dinner last night. Amazing!
Trish got up from the table half way through dinner to add more sweet potato to the shopping list.

Looks yummy and GOOD (as in good for me)

I think I will put the ketchup on the side, not in the sauce, at least to start with. It really is so powerful.
