Easy Roasted Garlic

A quick, 2-ingredient recipe for the yummiest roasted garlic. Use it on a toasty baguette, in a salad dressing or pasta sauce!

  • 2 heads garlic
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

  2. Get two heads of garlic (because one just isn't enough!) and slice the top clean off, exposing the tops of all the garlic cloves.

  3. Place the heads of garlic on a sheet of tinfoil and gently drizzle with olive oil, making sure to get a little on each cloves.

  4. Wrap tightly and place in the oven, making sure the cut side of the garlic heads face upwards.

  5. Roast for 30-35 minutes until garlic is soft and a light caramel colour.
