Allow me to introduce you to my new favourite, healthy snack – Martin’s Apple Chips! These are the tastiest apple chips and they are made in Canada by the very family that grows the apples. I used to make my own apple chips every so often and although I’m a fan of making things from scratch…some things are better left to professionals. Apple Chips
I’ve been very busy lately and it is way too easy to not eat for a long time, and then eat whatever is easiest/fastest to grab. We all know that that usually ends up being more processed/junky foods. My plan lately has been to make a healthy meal but with leftovers that will last for one or two more meals so I can have a quick lunch during the day.
