Summer Pink Sangria

I love sipping on sangria, and this is my favourite recipe for it. It’s a pink sangria, which I like better than a white or red sangria. It’s fruity, light, and refreshing! But it’s so tasty that you might drink a little too much of it….not that I’ve done that or anything.

The thing that really makes this sangria special is the ginger. It adds a little kick that is just right! I have made this many ways, from using orange juice one time to grapefruit juice the next, but the ginger always remains. So play around with this recipe using different fruits and juices, just try not to get too tipsy 😉
