Drop Dead Recipes- Sushi
I couldn’t wait to reveal this recipe for sushi to ya’ll and thankfully, I didn’t have to wait for too long. If you haven’t seen it already, my latest Drop Dead Recipe is up. You can take a peek, by clicking here.
I have made four vegetarian sushi rolls, and three of them happen to be vegan as well. There is a veggie roll, a mango and cream cheese roll, a pickled beet roll, and a sweet potato and avocado roll. In the mango-cream cheese roll, you could easily use Tofutti or another vegan cream cheese substitute.
This recipe makes the best sushi rice, just like at your favourite sushi joint. It may look a bit complicated but it’s actually quite easy once you get the hang of it, and it’s a lot of fun to make with friends.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Check it out.

Amazing pink beetroot sushi! I got a sushi mat the other day- can’t wait to make this. I’m thinking of experimenting with vine leaves and kale for rolling. Thanks for all the tips π

Thank you! I just looove the colour of it- so different! Thats such a great idea to experiment with different ‘wrappers’. Collard greens work well for raw food wraps because they’re so big, and rice paper rolls are one of my favourites. http://kokoskitchen.com/mainmeals/rice-paper-wraps-with-almond-butter-sauce/
Let me know what you end up making! π xx
