    I’m sure you’ve all seen “Buddha Bowls” floating around Instagram and Facebook. They are a super trendy food right now, but it’s great because they are so delicious and super healthy. I’ve created this Winter Buddha Bowl full of roasted vegetables, quinoa, and a freakin’ insane miso gravy. Obviously you can substitute whatever veggies you like the most, and if you aren’t into quinoa, white or brown rice would work great, too. Lots of changes have been happening, and I really want to get my recipes back up regularly again! First of all, I’ve been busy with Koko’s Kitchen the business. I’ve been selling juice at Back Roads Family Farm Market all summer, and I attended markets at the Tsawwassen Saturday Market as well.     This month I bring you another little dessert recipe and it’s perfect for Summer. These mango berry crumbles are served in a jar so they are portable and great for taking to BBQ’s at your friends or to the beach. You can bake them in the jar itself, and just put the lid on and they are ready to travel. You can really use any combination of fresh, Summer fruit here- but I chose a combination of blueberries, strawberries, and mango.
