Most people think that if they aren’t eating Chinese takeout, there isn’t a big risk of eating any MSG. This couldn’t be more wrong- MSG hides in thousands and thousands of foods you can buy in your local grocery store and it’s causing a rising number of people some serious health consequences.

Lately I’ve been trying to incorporate more juices and smoothies into my diet. Spring is here, and I’m ready to start eating lighter as the days get warmer.
