For those of you unfamiliar with this delicacy, it consists of french fries, gravy, and melted cheese curds. Maybe it sounds strange- but I promise, it’s delicious!     Last week I had the pleasure of interviewing RJ Mitte before he arrived in B.C. for his show in Prince George on his Breaking Beats tour.
